WORK EXPERIENCE (ОПЫТ РАБОТЫ)

Eleven years’ experience of the construction industry including fulfillment of both contractor and client’s consultant roles involving cost estimating, calculation and checking of quantities, cost reductions, cash flows, change control and quality control. Particular knowledge of construction technology, measurement, TER, FER, TSN and market based cost estimating. Knowledge and application of international rules for cost estimating and measuring of construction projects developed by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Extracting volumes from varied sections of project documentation and preparation of budgets
Calculating volumes implemented by Contractor against drawings data
Checking Contractor’s commercial proposals for additional works regarding prices and quantities
Maintaining the Variation Request log
Sourcing base cost data from suppliers
Estimating costs of different construction works using governmental prices and market rates by AutoCad, visiting construction sites and using other initial data.
Calculating volumes and estimated costs of labor, materials and equipment used for various types of work including civil works, plumbing, HVAC, earthworks, installation of prefabricated and solid foundations, concrete works, masonry, steel works, internal and external decorating works and roofing. Planned and scheduled projects; optimized project’s budgets; prepared estimations on the grounds of drawings and visual observations; interacted with customers starting from contract signing, including discussion of contract terms and kinds of materials applied; prepared cash flow reports; controlled cost expenditures; submitted written reports; liaised with site-engineers to assist in quality control; participated in acceptance of works completed; examined the conformity of volumes accomplished to drawings

PROJECTS (ПРОЕКТЫ)

AstraZeneca, Production Facility, Kaluga region, Russia (10,000m2) – New build medicine production plant. Responsible for construction stage change control, interim payments, preparation of additional agreements, and cost reporting checking of contractor’s estimates relatively to project documentations, contractor’s tender bid, market prices of labor force and materials, checking volumes. Knowledge and application of international rules for cost estimating and measuring of construction projects developed by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Reconstruction of wastewater treatment plant for JSC SIBUR, Voronezh, Russia - Responsible for maintaining documentation throughout the project, including monitoring the project budget, monthly reports preparation, reporting to the project manager about the cost estimates of work performed. The role also included preparation of supplementary estimates in cases of changes to the design, comparison of the work performed by subcontractors with the data of the project documentation, validating estimates of subcontractors and issuing Acts of completed works.

Prosecutor's Office Construction, Voronezh, Russia - Responsible for determination of the total cost of the construction drawings and specifications including preparation of local estimates for various sections of the work.

Maintenance work at the refinery "Baltika Brewery", St.Petersburg, Russia - Responsible for selection of labor force, including monitoring of working hours and health and safety issues, to the delivery of materials and acceptance of works. The role involved monitoring the quality of works performed, planning and scheduling individual projects and the controlled delivery of building materials, participation in Client meetings, administration of subcontractors and the control of their work; prepared drawings, specifications, schedules. Participated in the acceptance of the executed works and the signing of certificates for the executed works. Verification of the conformity of executed works with the project documentation.
